At Dolls & Dinosaurs apparel is created specially for your little giggler or roar shouter. Every item is made just for you the moment you order it. Because our products are printed on demand please double check our size charts before ordering, every brand fits a little differently. We aren’t able to accept traditional returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of heart reasons. 

But! We always want you to love what arrives at your door.

Here’s how we handle things:

If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If your item arrives with:

• a manufacturing defect
• printing issues
• the wrong item
• damage during shipping

We’ve got your back.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at Support@dollsanddinosaurs.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and the problem

Once received, we’ll quickly send a free replacement or issue a refund.

You do not need to ship the item back we want to keep things simple and stress free.

Wrong Address / Order Changes

If you entered the wrong address or want to modify your order, contact us immediately. Orders begin production quickly, and once they’re in progress, we can’t guarantee changes.
